Guest guest
Hey y'all, > Vitamin E is an antioxidant, not a preservative. Many folks confuse > preservatives and antioxidants .. the latter being agents that inhibit > micro biological growth. Was typing faster than I was thinking .. my statement pertained to the first sentence .. not the second, where I switched the two agents. ;-) So in that case .. it should have read: " The former being agents that inhibit micro biological growth. " And to make sure its perfectly clear .. even to me .. Preservatives inhibit critter growth. Antioxidants prevent oxidation. Done. ;-) Butch
