Poor Ylva, grater envy. Now I've heard it all, LOL.

I can't live without my microplane! I first had the one like:

Then it got lost! I freaked for a bit, then QVC (a TV shopping channel

here) had a special on three:

Maybe QVC could ship to you at a good rate?

I love that they have handles, because holding the original version is a

bit hard on the hands. I don't like that they're 'slimmer' than the

original. The little one that holds/grates nutmeg is cute, but I just grate

the nutmeg on the fine-toothed one with no trouble.

They're great for chocolate, hard cheeses, and you'll never get finer

citrus zest than you will with a microplane.

I would suppose tuberose is rare in Sweden? Well, you can grow hyachinths

there, so the envy is pointed back at you :-)http://member.newsguy.com/~herblady
