hey ardis, What? No prize?! I'd say that's down right mean spritied of you!

;-)

Why have I chosen MY choices?

It's a cross between What they do for me AND the fragrance....

Take Sandalwood for example... it's ALL about smell there. Sure it's great

for the skin, but it's all about that " Take me NOW " bouquet that it has... I

also find it a great meditation oil.

Lavender I don't like the fragrance of at all. However it makes my list

because of what it DOES for my children in particular (they of course love the

stuff).

So for me it's both.

K

Cheers!

When reading the various emails on the oils listed " if I could only

have a few " --- What do these oils do that puts them on your favorite

lists? Are they a good " all around - good for everything " type thing?

Is it because of their smell, what are your " specific reasons " for

using them? ie: Use oregano when you have a cold/flu bug, lavender

for a burn/sun burn, etc. I see Rosemary mentioned by several folks -

what do you use it for - headaches and ?? It's new to me. (Not the

name, just haven't used it too much.) Have to do some research I

guess.

Spring's coming in middle Minnesota, USA! Pussy willows are white,

snow is almost gone ( & I know right where it went too -- in my

basement!) - it was +50 today!! Horses have spring fever (have to

watch my backside when feeding - they are cavorting like kids! Pay no

mind as to who they're kicking their heels up at!!)and I think the

posies should be popping up soon. I feel a fever coming on - (spring

fever) might have to call in sick one day soon! Y'all have a good

week! Ardis B. (54 yr g'ma, 5'2 " , eyes of blue, 117# - 4 g'kids, 4

horses, 1 dog, 1 cat, 1 truck driving husband - in the heart of

Minnesota) Glad to get the advice of others than where I first

started from..... you guess where - no prizes for the correct answer!
