Could have been a sinus headache or a tension headache .. Rosmarinus

officinalis (Cineole) will help both .. commonly used for this.

Go for it .. but that little sample ain't going far. Next time you

order get 20 ml .. its cheaper'n dirt anyway. ;-)

 

Rosemary is on the list of FIVE oils I would choose if I could only have

five the rest of my life .. those five are Rose Otto (Rosa damascena),

Oregano (Origanum vulgare), Rosemary, cineole (Rosmarinus officinalis),

Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) and Helichrysum (Heli. italicum) from

Corsica. I would NOT remove one of these from the list to insert Tea

Tree .. Tea Tree would be on the list if the list were 6 oils long. And

Eucalyptus globulus if I could list seven.
