OT: Spam ** Was: Who Reads The Lists ?

No smiling now .. but I will be in a few minutes. ;-) I am very, very

serious about this subject. If we act like sheep, like some of the

Socialist gummits in Europe are reacting to Terrorism, we are going to

be herded off to the butcher shop. And if Americans and the rest of the

civilized world doesn't start peeing and moaning to their elected idiots

about Spam we are going to find ourselves in an unmanageable position is

a very short time. I'm sending a copy of my very angry post to as many

Democratic and Republican lawmakers as I can locate .. my next mission

after hitting Send on this post is to go to a Search Engine and start

collecting their addresses .. they deserve this .. this Spam!

I didnt think I had a mental twin. You echo my thoughts exactly. I guess it

comes from growing up when we were relatively free though the politicians and

cowards (isnt that the same thing?) have been encroaching on that freedom since

before I was born. When you get that list together share a copy. I have a few

things I want to tell the whole damn buunch of them too!!

I refuse to be a sheep!!!!!

I hear you .. and its not a funny matter at all. If the gummit or the

servers or the courts don't do something to stop the Spam I believe we

are heading to another situation where someday a defendant might tell a

court, " But Judge, he deserved killing, " and that defendant might be me.

As an ex-cop, I have my own standards as to classifying criminals .. I

think this attitude is fairly well accepted world-wide among cops. We

see two basic types .. the Scumbag Criminals (SC) and the Decent Common

Criminals (DCC). The latter are often underprivileged idiots who screw

up and are often able to be rehabilitated .. or white collar types who

got caught up in that magic moment .. or the ones who committed crimes

of passion. The former are those who seek out weak victims because they

want to pray on humanity .. terrorists who don't distinguish between

tactical targets or innocent civilian targets, the child molesters, the

rapists and others who want to profit from the suffering of others ..

and I have added to this group .. the Spammers.

Cops love to put the SCs in a cell with the DCCs from time to time .. it

is good for the morale of the DCCs and allows justice to prevail to some

degree in dealing with the SCs.

I am fed friggin up with having 600-700 e-mails on my PC each morning ..

this precludes me from taking 3 days off without carrying a LapTop and

restricts me to being only in an area where I can hook up twice a day ..

why? Because I get orders daily .. if an order enters my automated

system it can be automatically forwarded to my folks in Maryland but

many orders come from around the world via e-mail and I must forward

them manually .. or confirm them myself. What does this have to do with

Spam? If I don't check the mail at least twice each day the Server Post

Office fills up with Spam and starts bouncing the legitimate e-mails.

These Spamming bastards have interfered with my Life, Liberty or

Property .. they have made me a victim of their greed! ;-(

I am fed friggin up with 5% of those 600-700 e-mails being viruses and

notifications of the virus from my Server (which I thank) .. and 85% of

them being from Spammers who camouflage their return addresses or use

non-existent return addresses so I can't bounce the e-mail. The thing

that bothers me most is that some use MY e-mail address as their return

address as this precludes me from blocking them .. I must read subject

lines and also return addresses of a post I put on the Mail Washer Black

List to avoid all posts addressed to me being on the Black List. ;-(

I'm fed friggin up with maybe 50% of the spams not even being in the

English language .. or in any language for that matter because Spammers

are too stupid to realize that they are using a keyboard that is not

compatible with the area to which they are sending the spam .. comes out

I'm fed friggin up with the Spammers doing all they can to avoid being

blocked by spacing out subject lines .. all my friends have blocked the

word Viagra and Penis because everyone is selling Viagra and telling us

how to grow a monster penis .. and now the Spammers write V-iagra or

V*iagra or P-enis or do whatever to get around an automatic block. ;-(

Who but an idiot would purchase something from someone who kept their

foot in the door and then tried to find ways to sneak in the window?

Who but an idiot would purchase from someone who works hard to deceive

them in order to get their attention? ;-(

I'm fed friggin up with the idiots who respond to Spam .. with those who

buy from Spammers who sneak in the window because if not for them there

would be no Spam. I'll add to that bunch the idiots from the ridiculous

Left-Wing Commie American Civil Liberties Union who recently complained

because AOL was blocking Spammers .. saying they were taking the rights

of the Spammers to advertise and the rights of the idiots who buy from

Spammers who sneak in the window to purchase. Are they friggin CRAZY??

Folks who support the charter and mentality of that sorry butt Liberal

organization do so claiming that even though they champion some causes

that are from outer space .. they also do good from time to time. Is

this not like saying the cop who wastes everyone who runs from him, who

uses excessive force and endangers the life of innocents .. is justified

in his actions because 5% or those he shoots are dangerous criminals?

Liberals have made the rights of one to prey on the rights of others a

way of life in the USA .. all in the name of individual freedom .. and

we are the laughing stock of many in the part of the world I live in.

Even the European Socialists are smart enough to not fall for that crap.

I'm fed friggin up with getting ads from folks selling a CD containing

20 million e-mail addresses for $49.95 .. knowing that they collected

the addresses from lists like this .. and knowing that the idiots who

buy the CDs are losers and misfits with a mentality similar to those who

sign on to the Spam to get free money from the gummit, or make money by

participating in polls on line, or growing monster penises, etc. ;-(

I'm fed friggin up with those who spend time stroking their own guilt or

striving to boost their weak ego by supporting hopeless and/or totally

unnecessary causes like " Save the Three-Toed, Bug-Eyed, Somali Pissant! "

I have never seen a dinosaur and I don't miss them, I have never seen a

Three-Toed, Bug-Eyed Somali Pissant either and I won't miss them if they

should become extinct; extinction is a natural part of evolution.

Those same people turn their heads from real causes that could do much

to touch the lives of people and the overall best interests of the human

race. Save the children, save the old folks, save domestic dawgs that

we human critters allow to rummage through garbage cans .. do something

to help humanity, not the Three-Toed, Bug-Eyed Somali Pissant.

If the misfit Liberal saviors really want to do something .. they should

begin to campaign against a virus that is taking away our freedom of

communication .. the same one that many will remember took away our use

of Citizen Band Radio (CB) back in the 70s, due to total overuse.

Let them embarrass the gummit and the servers and courts by protesting

this Spamming. If these modern day hippies wanna go down in history for

accomplishing something besides endangering the lives of the crew of a

ship passing through the Bosphorus, or legitimate workers conducting

legal construction work that isn't in line with their lofty ideals ..

then they should work to get all the credit for being the organization

that brought down Spam in America!

But don't hold your breath waiting for this. The modern day hippies are

wise enough to know that its in their best interests to avoid difficult

missions .. its better to concentrate on impossible causes in hopes that

they might accidentally get lucky and win one of them .. they're not

going after a dangerous bear when they can continue to stomp through our

yards and step on our freedoms in their attempts to save a pissant.

Many old folks .. shut ins and such .. now have a way to communicate

with friends and loved ones without building up large telephone bills

they can't afford to pay .. but that right can be taken away if the

idiots in gummit or those working for so-called " common causes " refuse

to involve themselves in combating a real threat to freedom because they

fear they might step on a pissant .. or might violate the rights of a

greedy person who is exercising his/her civil right to bug the hell out

of 99% of the world population in order to peddle their trash! ;-(

I'm fed friggin up with terrorists and the fact that few governments ..

besides Israel .. and few agencies .. outside the law enforcement and

intel branches .. even bother to try to understand what Terrorism is

really all about and where it is heading .. SOON!

I'm also fed friggin up with my personal rights being stepped on by

those who think they have the right to interfere with my life in the

name of their freedom. I spent too much time in uniform and in combat

to buy that horse crap .. some day I might be one of those standing in

front on the court saying, " But Judge, he deserved killing! " ;-(
