Guest guest
Hello AT lovers, I'm curious for some opinions -- are there any out there who routinely use inhalers in your AT practice & for personal enjoyment & help? Seems an easy way to contain the aromas, to use very little, & to share their powerful beauty. Yet I wonder about the possible interactions of the strong chemicals in the oils combined with chemicals possibly outgassing from the plastic. Would there be the possibility to change the effects of the plant aromas by containing the scents in plastic that way? ...to create toxicity? & do the scents stay strong enough in the inhalers for continued therapeutic useage? Seems an easy method of use -- especially for men who might not be inclined to wear a strong scent or an aroma necklace or cetra -- easy to carry in the pocket. Any experience, opinions, suggestions? Fact? Fiction? Novels? Smilin... Sara
Guest guest
Hi Sara, I use an inhaler on a daily basis with Vitex. It is a great way to go. Two summers ago while studying AT with Rhiannon and Bob Harris in Provence, Rhi showed us the use of the inhaler and that it is used by the medical profession in the South of France to administer AT, particularly for respiratory issues. Once filled, it will lasts for 2-3 days after and is great. With Vitex I was afraid of exposing those around me to the vapors and the inhaler solved that problem.
