Many people are allergic to wheat and don't even realize it. Allergies

to wheat can cause a myriad of problems including weight gain, bloating,

muscle and joint pain, etc ... Even if no wheat allergies are present,

in many cases people are eating highly processed refined wheat products

which are stripped of all nutrients and any of the health benefits that

wheat can provide.
