Guest guest
There is a book called Disciplines of Market Leaders that discusses three ways of leading your market. You can have either the cheapest prices, the " newest " goods, or the best service. One of the main points is that you can seldom, if ever, do all three. For example, if you have the cheapest prices, you are not likely to be able to afford to be the most innovative, nor are you likely to be able to afford to give the best service. The advice is to figure out your first and second priority, then focus on building your business so that you meet those goals. Not bad advice.
