Guest guest
I am so sorry for your loss! May you and your family have all the wonderful and happy memories of your father to comfort you during this hard time. My thoughts and prayers are with you! *Hugs* Chris (list mom) http://www.alittleolfactory.com <snipped>... the plant part used of Ashwagandha is the dried roots and this is one of the most important medicinal plants in the Ayurveda system. It is used for diseases of the brain and for sexual debilities. Incidentally, the reason I planted this herb was because it is being tested for Alzheimer's disease and my father had this disease (he passed away this morning). Guest guest
Dear Azam: I missed your original post. Please accept my sympathies regarding you father. Alzheimer's is such a horrible, horrible disease. What a wonderful thought that you had planted this herb to help your father. I don't know if anyone knows whether there are still some cognitive powers that just can't be expressed by alzheimer patients but I think that your father probably knew in his soul what extraordinary efforts you were taking to try and help him with the disease. I hope that the research continues with respect to the herb so that eventually some relief can be found for the people who suffer from Alzheimers and their families. May god bless you during this difficult time. Dorothy Chris wrote: > I am so sorry for your loss!
