I think! *laugh* In addition to health issues going around the family

(darn crazy weather plus stepson has the measles!), database work, and

stepson's birthday, I decided to redesign two of my sites. Silly me

couldn't do a simple redesign, but went whole hog with tweaking some

graphics and creating others, changing from html to shtml, adding a php

form (which required somewhat different styling to accomodate its

features) to the consulting site, adding new pages, and moving all the

page formatting into a stylesheet. It was a lot of work, but the shtml

and stylesheet will make for easier updates and additions in the future

(more work now, but less work later). Also caught up a bit on some

changes in html, and did some javascripting (still trying to tweak two

scripts ... dang cross-browser issues!). Next project is doing some

redesign of the herb shop site.

 

I've also been testing a new browser since the beginning of last week.

It's been great so far, and has some cool features (like a built-in

pop-up blocker). And I've been testing a new email software. It's also

been great, and has some cool features (built-in spam/junk filter). My

Outlook Express is now more of an archive of all my saved and unread

messages than anything else. Hubby's liking this new email software

well enough that less than 24 hours after downloading and installing it,

he moved all his email to it. He's still not sure about the browser,

although he likes several of its features, because it loads slower than

IE on his laptop. It's the opposite for me, loading faster than IE on

my machine. Go figure.

 

I'm way behind on emails (I'm not counting how many!), so it's more of a

matter of keeping up now (I hope), and doing a little backtracking on

the past week or so. I know any questions asked before that will have

been answered by the knowledgeable people on the list. [Note: If your

question wasn't answered, and you're reading this, please post it again.

It might have gotten lost in the volume of messages this list gets,

plus not everyone receives all the messages as has been having

some issues for months now. I know I have not received all the messages

from all my lists.]

 

If anyone has emailed me privately and never received an answer, please

try emailing me again. Email has been weird the past few months, with

private emails not making it to me or mine not making it to whoever.

The email gremlins are apparently having fun this year.
