Guest guest
MessageHi Deb- Chris brought your posts to my attention and I am giving my opinion... Be Well, Hi Everyone, I will be having a procedure tomorrow that requires my uterus to be relaxed. I am thinking a bit of valerian tincture and a cup of red raspberry leaf tea Youd need quite a bit of Valerian tincture to do what Valium does...but you could try- although not if you are driving there or back yourself...Others that come to mind are passionflower and scullcap. As far as raspberry leaf- that will astringe and tone the uterus- perhaps leave that until after. Also, I'd like to sniff some eos on my way to the dr, ones that are calming and antispasmodic. I was thinking red mandarin, lavender, and a bit of neroli and frankincense. Any other suggestions? Those Eos sound great...but again- they wont do what valium does... many Blessings and much healing energy to you, Michelle www.greentaramama.com
Guest guest
Hey Karen, Debbie, other good folks .. > A little while ago Butch said that oregano was one of the strongest > anti-spasmodic eo. Am I right Butch?? Right you are .. Oregano is that. But Debbie .. I think in this case calming oils might be more appropriate. Good luck. :-) > Sounds like you are having invitro... my sister just had that. > Karen J > > Debbie wrote: >>Also, I'd like to sniff some eos on my way to the dr, ones that are > calming and antispasmodic.
