Guest guest
Hey Jen, >>If you say so .. but I'd whole lot more rather look at Dolly Parton or >>Reba McEntire or Barbara Mandrell .. ;-) Butch > > Hey Butch, > > Dolly is one fine lady. A real inspiration. I'm not a country music > person (though I love bluegrass - big difference) but I have all her > albums, love her stuff. So down to earth and just a nice-as-pie, > kinda unpretentious person. Nice set of pipes too. She's one of the > few - perhaps only - celebrity I'd really like to sit down and chat with. Agree .. she is as sweet as they come. Saw her once when she had her on TV program .. sitting on a stool and answering questions in that little baby voice that thrills me .. lady asked her if her nails were real and she laughed so sweetly and sincerely .. and said, " Honey chile .. they are not real .. giggle giggle .. at my age there's very little about me that's real now. " ;-) I had seen the life story of Barbara Mandrell .. most impressive. But on my last trip to the USA I watched the life story of Reba .. she is some kinda woman .. overcame more obstacles than most folks could dream about .. and she's still climbing. I forgot all the details but she holds a great many records in the industry. > You've got mighty fine taste. ;-) > JenB Thankee ma'am .. that's what I tell all the gals I meet. ;-)
