I have ragweed pollen allergies, but chamo, yarrow oils and I get along just fine. My assumption was that it was POLLEN that was the culprit, not the plant. And since the EO is distilled, the pollen wasn't in the oil. Now I'm curious about what the general concensus is. Anyone with more info on distilled oils or allergies wanna chime in? Guest guest
I'm like you Jen. I have pollen allergies, but the corresponding eos don't bother me at all. Anyone with more > info on distilled oils or allergies wanna chime in? Anecdotal and not scientific, but pleased it happened! Before we started playing with EO, I suffered badly from hay fever, so antihistamines and I were the best of friends. Since 1991, can't remember having an attack - and I did have some lulus - could work all day on the farm, with lots of pollen floating around from native grasses etc, but no problems. Even did some chamomile without any adverse affects. Dennis Archer http://www.toona.com.au
