Oh no! Not you Butch!

Falling for one of the biggest and best-organized Hollywood Publicity

stunts in years. As a local, I can say of Mel, that EVERY SINGLE

THING he does he is only thinking of his career. Even to the extreme

where he will not allow his picture to be taken next to fans that are

taller than him. (He's rather short too; so that includes most

people.)

Butch, you are way to sharp to fall for that.

" Mel Gibson has never, in my opinion, made a bad film. "

Dude, you must have missed 'Braveheart.' It was kinda like a 3

hours 'Kevin Sorbo Hercules' with a better ending. Not that I have

anything against Kevin Sorbo, but his show was kinda silly.

David Roman

(rolling eyes remembering how much $$ Mel lost when he used to work

for the studio.)

On this film the Passion...I don't think Mel is

furthuring his career. I really think he was inspired.

At first I was not going to see this movie, but now I

am, just from listening to how these people were

affected. But I agree with David on making some poor

films, didn't see Braveheart, but saw Signs...with all

the hype I could not believe these aliens could be so

technology advanced, but could not get through a

barricaded basement door, besides eating humans. Did

like their art work in the corn fields though.

Hi Shelley,

Thankee ma'am .. but really .. David was half way pulling my laig. Them

folks whut live in Callyfornia take the Hollywood scene serious .. and

most uv'em even think their oranges is better'n Florida oranges but I'm

of a different opinion .. especially as I just finished eating two of

the seasonal seedless oranges Origin Turkey .. sweeter'n ary Suthran

Belle and as a snack they stick with me longer'n Chinese Food. ;-)

*GASP* Did you say some might think CA oranges are better than FL oranges?

Say it ain't so! ;o)

I can't say that I've ever had a Turkish orange. I've had various and sundry

food stuff from Israel (had an Israeli boyfriend, his mom sent care packages),

but I've never experienced anything else from that part of the world...well,

except for the Israeli. He was pretty yummy.

My uncle was stationed in Turkey many moons ago and he brought a copper (or some

metal of that type) vase/pitcher when I was a little girl. I haven't seen that

little thing in years. It was really cool, too. That's the only Turkish item

I've ever had/experienced. OK, that was a walk down memory lane.
