Guest guest
Pat...try Myrrh. I'd diffuse it if I had a burner but I don't yet so I sniff it. That is what I do in times of indecision and procrastination. It seems to get me going. I read that first on Camden Grey's site but it also is found in the Aromatherapy Desk Reference...says...calming for weakness, emotional coldness, apathy no incentive. OK Butch, I'm gonna HAVE to order some Vitex from you. My hot flashes have toned down a lot in the last year, but I still get them occasionally. Do you have anything to cure procrastination? I didnt get any replies to that post. LOL Pat
