I'm a walking, testifying testimonial to vitex. If it's the placebo

effect...so be it. All I know is that I've never felt better for the most

part. You know us suthern wemem can be cantankerous when we want to be, but

when something works WE TELL EVERYONE!

Glad to hear that .. but are you sure you're not just BSing yourself?

I mean .. maybe you are not really feeling better .. maybe you're not

really feeling human .. maybe you just think you are and really you're

feeling just as bad as you ever did. ;-)

Maybe you are just dreaming that you are sleeping well .. might be that
