I bought one of the leaf and one of the berry to sniff. I am using both. I

like having two intensities. I seem to crave both but at different times. I

have been sniffing it when I feel that little bit emotional for no reason

feeling...like you want to start to cry but nothing is sad??? It has helped

with that. It is too soon to tell on the vaginal dryness for sure but there is

slight improvement so far.

I hear that Vitex (herb or oil) is not something for the fellers to mess
