Guest guest
Well....for what its worth ... and probably not much .. I ordered the tiniest bottle from Butch...cause I was a 'skeptic'... and actually - this subject is not one I'd really rather talk about :-) ... so I'm assuming they're are many out there such as I :-) ...... however... upon getting the golden vial I decided that 'just in case' something really weird might happen..I'd just sniff the tiniest bit....after all..if I WAS really going thru menses...then I sure didn't want a full blown set back to girlhood either! LOL.... so I waited until 'that' day ... and sniffed 3x very quickly...and the next day...and the next....well...much to my surprise ... NO cramping (and I'm usually out of commission for an entire day), no fatigue...no nothing...well...not quite... instead of >> 2 << days...a full 5.... hmmmmmmmmmmm so...did I sniff correctly? not enough? who knows...all I know... is that SOMETHING happened..and the ease was well worth the uhhhhh inconvenience :-) Blessings, Pam E Web Express - Web Design & Hosting http://www.ewebexpress.com TLC Naturally - Essential Oils & Home Made Goodies http://www.tlcnaturally.com - Butch Owen Saturday, February 21, 2004 3:41 AM Butch -- Vitex Question Hi Debbie, > Hi Butch, > I am putting an order together in the next week or so b/c I need some > stuff from you, and I had wanted to get some vitex for my mum to sniff. I think that is a good idea .. if it helps it helps .. if, according to all that has been written, she becomes intolerant and has nausea, headache and such .. then she should probably stop sniffing. > Which type is the one that has been so successful for the hot flashes? Hard to say .. different strokes for different folks and I am somewhat disappointed that some of the folks on this list who have written me nice testimonials on their success have chosen to not come forward and take a stand .. perhaps they don't want to be called foolish or have their character slammed because they think and act differently than some folks think they should. There has been success with each .. the fruit, the leaf and the mixed. The mixed is simply a 50/50 mix of the two. Cindy (the nurse who provided the testimonial I sent to the list today) used fruit oil. > You offer 3 kinds and I want to get the one that the testimonials have > been about. As stated, I have reports on all of them having been successful .. and some reports from people who bought both that they thought the fruit was a bit too strong for them. If it were my daughter wanting to try it for the first time .. for PMS .. or an older lady who was a relative, I think I would recommend they start with the mixed. It seems to me that since there are results with both but a few people have stated that the fruit was a bit strong for them .. that seems like a happy compromise. > Thanks, > Debbie > deb > Luxury for your skin, body and soul > www.debrasrhapsody.com Welcome for sure .. and after you try it I would appreciate some feedback .. :-) Y'all keep smiling.
