Hi Dorey,

Glad to see you on the list. :-)

Me too .. great to have you here. Its all a part of life's big circle

methinks. I met Dorey's friends .. a super-nice couple .. last summer

while they were in Friendsville running the rapids. Friendsville, MD

has a population of 597 except for weekends and holidays when a couple

of hundred out of town folks come to ride the river.

Welcome fer'shur and I thank you ma'am for the kind words .. which are

as sweet to my ears as the Jasmine is to my olfactory. ;-)

When you say you apply the Tamanu following application of the other

oils .. one at a time .. you mean following application of the other

oils in some form of dilution .. am I right?

Smarter folks than me will (I'm sure) comment on this .. but a personal

testimonial I can give. I've had two such cuts on my left hand. The

first in 1969 and it was jagged .. lost some tissue.

Of course, the damaged tissue didn't heal and was replaced by connective

tissue that still forces my middle finger to turn to left when I curl my

fingers. It bothered me a couple of years but then I adjusted and now

the only thing I notice is the curling and there is no loss of function.

The other cut was in 1972 .. across the top joint .. and though a

heavy scar remains I overcome mobility restriction within about the same

time. What I'm saying is that we do overcome such restrictions .. methinks.

Again .. welcome to the best list on the Net .. and keep smiling. :-)

PS: Lots of folks have visited us in Friendsville .. if any of you are

passing down Highway 68 in the Appalachian Mountains .. in that finger

betwixt WV and PA .. we are at Exit 4 .. in a nice green valley cut by a

whitewater river .. not far from the West By Gawd Virginny line. Stop

in and say Howdy. Coming into town you cross the bridge and 150 yards

or so up we're located .. across from the bank. Can't miss us less'n

you blink your eyes .. then you'll probably miss the whole dang town.

No. I rarely dilute oils. I apply a very small

amount of each and let it completely absorb before I

start the next one. I've used them this way for many

years. Do you recommend otherwise?

Come to think of it, Basil is the only oil that I

dilute as it is too strong for me.

Thank you for counseling patience. I'm persistent and

determined, but lack patience. This is interfering

with something that I am passionate about - my art.

Osculations.

Dorey

ps - I'll stop by the next time I come through Friendsville.
