Guest guest
My Naturopath certainly recommends dry brushing to remove toxins from the body and improve circulation. And with that come a number of other benefits. Much of our weight and cellulite is actually not fat, but toxins carried between our cells. Dry brushing helps to stimulate the area and make this stuff move along so our bodies can eliminate it. Hello to everyone. I'm new to the group and have been enjoying the emails. I met Butch through a friend and am so glad that I have. The oils that I have bought from Butch have been much higher quality than those I have purchased from YLiving and other sources. It was my lucky day when I placed my first order. And - oh - the Jasmine. So sweet. Thank you Butch. At present, I'm using Helichrysum, Cistus and Lavender on some very deep scar tissue in my hand. I use it twice a day at least - 3-4 times if I'm home. I cut my thumb to the bone last May. As I'm an artist and woodworker, that's real serious stuff for me. These oils, applied one at a time and followed with Tamanu (a recommendation from my health food store) oil have done wonders and my surgeon (who doesn't believe in that " stuff " ) is amazed. On the surface, the scars are difficult to notice. It's the deep scars that are now the issue. I still have so much scar tissue in my thumb that it is difficult to bend it. Although it seems to be slowly breaking down (I'm very determined for all the obvious reasons), any recommendations would be welcome. I'm trying to avoid a second surgery. Thanks and blessings to all.
