Guest guest
Hi Tricia, Thanks for sharing your experience. It beings hope to many *lol*. I notice that you said in the end that you felt the brushing was a key factor, so I was wondering if you have done the dry brushing without the grapefruit oil, or the grapefruit oil without the dry brushing? I've actually heard a lot of positive things about dry brushing and its benefits - mainly due to its ability to help circulation in general and circulation into the skin layers, which helps " move garbage along its merry way " as you say .. My doc actually recommended it for my husband's knee problems along with some supplementation, and hubby does the supplements (with my badgering but hasn't done the dry brushing yet (*sigh - what can I say - he's a typical guy in some ways *lol* Anyone else use dry brushing for anything? *Smile* Chris (list mom) http://www.alittleolfactory.com > Oh, no! Guest guest
Chris, I used to dry brush (to help get rid of toxins) but then I got sidetracked and just let it slide. ( Anyone know of any good herbs for " procrastination " ? I think I have a bad case of it! Guest guest
Anyone else use dry brushing for anything? *Smile* Chris (list mom) Thanks to both of you for mentioning this...I used to dry brush for sore muscles, but haven't rciently( actually forgot about it). Heard about it from a Meesage Therapist..suppose to be good for any number of things. ie, move things along in the body. Supposedly it will after a period of time, even help loose inches or maybe weight cause it helps the bloodstream remove toxins. I have yet to look up any more " scientific " data on it though.
