Guest guest Posted February 16, 2004 Report Share Posted February 16, 2004 Hi Michael, The " Turkey Red " oil is actually soluble in water, so that is why it makes a good dispersing agent. It is safe I also find liquid soap to be a good dispersing agent in bath water too (like bubble bath). Milk can be used too! In addition to those ideas, here in one I used the other night. My older son (who is 4) was getting the sniffles so I took some of my " champagne " bath salt base and added a few drops of rosemary EO to it and he took a nice rosemary soak.
