Hints and measurements on using hydrosols in cooking

Chris,

 

Your Pork Ragout sounded wonderful! I was wondering if you (or anyone else)

has any hints on using hydrosols in cooking and desserts? Do they just

enhance an herb or replace it?

 

Is there a specific cookbook on something like that?

Suzanne Catty's hydrosol book has a section of recipes... some of 'em are

yummy!
