I'm not real ready to claim that .. but it was what we were told. :-)

Jim Naeseth runs a Health Food Store near us .. 14 years or so. Its

really a grocery store .. but everything except his loose herbs is

prepackaged .. and that rule applies to him too. His herbs are in

large glass containers and he sells them by the ounce.

They did tell us some of the minimum requirements for food handling ..

and it got into size of drains, grease traps, stainless steel without

seams this and that .. more than I wanted to hear really. Butch
