Nope, it has worked that I know of on scars 10

years old but no essential oil should ever be

applied to open wounds. If the scar is not

completely covered over (scabbed) do not use it.

Chris, Marge, anybody .. please come forward if you disagree cause this

answer is based on testimonials I have received .. and there will always

be exceptions .. just told a lady that a few minutes ago .. off line.

My opinion is .. that the age of the scars is NOT an issue. But .. one

should not use Heli or any other EO on scars that are so new that there

is a possibility that the skin has not entirely closed up. This is more

than opinion .. that's a fact .. too much danger of direct introduction

of EO into the skin and that is flirting with sensitization regardless

of the fact that the EO is not a normal sensitizer.

Y'all keep smiling. :-) Butch http://www.AV-AT.com
