Hey everyone!

I posted this question a couple of days ago under a " thank you " subject

header...figgered, due to the header, that it might not have gotten

read...so I'm posting it again. This pertains to the knot in my shoulder

that I got rid of on Saturday & then I twisted wrong yesterday getting out

of my truck and it's back again! Dang it!

Have a great day! Always in faith, Kati

============================================================

Quick question...I do have quite a few EOs here, but not really any of the

'warming' oils. Was wondering if Cinnamon Leaf is considered a warming oil

and if so, is it safe to use on the skin considerably diluted? I do have

lots of Cinnamon Leaf, Clove bud, Lavandin Grosso, and lavendula stoechas. I

have many more EO's but my exhausted/fried brain can't recall the names

right now. I DO know that I don't have black pepper, heli, or ginger,

though.

Sorry to hear the knot is back! Is hubby home now to rub it?

Oh yes! It is warming.

If you are going to use it, only use a drop of it in the blend, and be

sure to dilute it well. Also don't use it on a regular basis! It can be

an irritant and a sensitizer.

The lavandin is a good one to use in the blend.

Good luck!
