I used to get migraines at least one a month for 3 to 5 days. I would take certain over the counter products but would not make it go away. Changes I made were: no more pop, herbal coffee, tea, drink lots of water. Now when I feel a headache coming on I know I haven't drank enough water. Start drinking more water and the headache goes away. Haven't used over the counter stuff in two years. No more migraines. One other thing I do is take cayenne pepper, either in capsule or liquid form. Liquid form really helps an upset stomach. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
