One of those little tips > actually, tho... in fairness.. the olive oil used CAN make a difference... one year my friend made more than one batch, with different bottles of olive oil...one batch wasn't nearly red enough...had I seen it in a store I would never have bought it...she was apologetic as all get out...it was the olive oil...very green, and didn't let the purple/red of the SJW blossoms come thru. it's the only time I've seen hers that it hasn't been RED... There are SJWs that grow in the south, but not *the* SJW. I recently read an article that stated it does best at between 42-47 degrees north or south latitude, and within 200 miles of the coast.
