Guest guest Posted February 7, 2004 Report Share Posted February 7, 2004 Hi everyone! All I can say is WOW...you guys are so wonderful with all the suggestions! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! I will be trying a couple of suggestions tonight. I did go to Water Aerobics this morning. The pain seemed to ease a tad as I stretched it, but I was careful not to really 'work' that shoulder because my instructor was afraid I would injure it. So, I've been stretching it a little all day which I think has kept it from getting quite as stiff as it was yesterday. Quick question...I do have quite a few EOs here, but not really any of the 'warming' oils. Was wondering if Cinnamon Leaf is considered a warming oil and if so, is it safe to use on the skin considerably diluted? I do have lots of Cinnamon Leaf, Lavandin Grosso, and lavendula stoechas. I have many more EO's but my exhausted/fried brain can't recall the names right now. I DO know that I don't have black pepper, heli, or ginger, though. Thanks so much again! You guys are the greatest! I know I don't post much due to time constraints, but I promise I will try to jump in more often if I have something valuable to add!
