SPAM Guard (Or The Damn Spam Guard)

Hi folks,

 

I just wanted to let y'all know that I disabled that annoying damn SPAM

guard that put on the lists! Since we've started moderating

messages from the new list members I think we've basically gotten rid of

any SPAM problems we might have had on this list (and I want to thank my

list managers for helping me with that task!).

 

I also want to thank the several folks on this list who forwarded me the

" how to get rid of it " instructions and the folks on others lists where

I read it too.

 

Just another way for to be annoying.

To turn SpamGuard off:

 

1. First go to your email list homepage. Then to *management* from

 

the left menu.

 

2. Under the topic *Group Settings*, click on *messages*.

 

3. Scroll down to the topic *Postings and Archives* and click on

 

*edit.*

 

4. In the far right column titled *Spamguard* and click on the *off*

 

button.
