Guest guest
Hi Kati Get someone to rub your shoulder muscles for a few minutes and there is an accupressure release point about 10 cm ( 4 inches) out from your neck, you will know when someone is on the spot. Take in a deep breath and as you exhale have them press down firmly with their thumbs for about 10 seconds. Let me be honest, it hurts like h..., but it is a great release. Afterwards have them grab the muscles firmly and give them a small shake. This works wonders At this stage you could rub your shoulders with a blend for sore muscles. Another good idea if you can to have a warm bath to which you add a cup of Epsom Salts, which is excellent for tired muslces, among other things. I do not put any essential oils, in the bath as the salts draw out the toxins from the body, put the oils on afterwards. Do not stay in longer than 15 minutes . I have found this to be very successful with clients who have tight muscles, the bath certainly helps. HTH Jeanine 15.
