Tastes terrible, the stuff won't mix in water, and you'd be better off sniffing either it, euc EO, or Melaleuca quinquenervia (cineole type) to help your cold. For our family members, a couple of drops of the last on a hanky or tissue works a treat. Euc oil has been used for years here in Aus for such a purpose, but my better half prefers the Mq©.
