I have a friend who read an article in Prevention magazine about conjugated linoleic acid. She has asked if one can overdose on it and/or take too much of it so as to do harm. Do any of you out there have opinions as to whether it is 1) Good or bad to take this as a supplement? and 2) what guidelines are there with respect to the dosage and/or amount you take. thanks in advance for any information which you can provide.
