Guest guest
Thanks, Cheryl. Little holes?? Is there a top for these little bottles?? Mine just have a screw on black lid. I must have the wrong thing. AND thanks to all of you for the response. Like most of you, it was a tremendous relief for me to know I was not alone with this horrible feeling. The first one I had hit me suddenly and totally unexpected. What I managed to realize, was that it was the overwhelming feeling of being " out of control " of whatever situation I was in. Going to a dentist has never been a big deal to me and the dentist I go to is more like a friend . . . he is kind and we always chat while I am there. However, the first panic attack I had was in his chair. The minute that chair went back to do a routine filling, it began. I felt " pinned down " and " out of control. " Ended up telling him I need to get out of that chair and walk around a minute. That helped. I COULD control the situation if I needed to. Since, I have had them in my office at work and had to go outside to have it leave. In the car in heavy traffic . . . again, I needed to feel I could pull to the side of the road, stop and get out if I wanted to. I have to talk to myself to assure ME that I can do just that but I don't HAVE to. These are very weird episodes but by gosh can be very stressful . . . how a heart can keep on ticking after all of that serious pounding is amazing to me. Kati, I can relate to much of what you stated. Blessings to you and your family. -Helen - Cheryl Smith 2/2/2004 1:24:01 AM Re: Re:panic attack - Inhalers to Helen > > Cheryl, when using the sea salt, do you the > fine or coarse grind? I buy them from the following but am sure that there are other suppliers that have them too: http://www.essentialsupplies.com The ones you have will work as well. I used the ones with the orifice reducer because I was selling and/or giving them away. They are safer with the orifice reduce, imo.
