I have everything for the first one and everything for this one except the Mandarin, does anyone think, or know, of something comparable to the Mandarin i can substitute, or do i need exactly to use Mandarin? Thanks for any help. She really has bad attacks and she just lost her husband, i'd really like to find something to help her get through these. Guest guest
While deleting and sorting my inbox, I came across this post. Could one of you give me a good recipe for an inhaler for panic attacks. For some reason, my brother and I started having them about the same time! We seldom contact one another (live in different states) and during our last conversation we discovered this common complaint. I am taking medication for them but sure would love to find a natural remedy. Thanks. -Helen Yes, I do them in 5 and 10 ml size as well as the 1/2 dram size. The 1/2 dram sizes I sell in sets line 1 each for sinus, headaches, jet lag, colds, panic attacks, etc. The 5 and 10 ml sizes are individual items. However, this is from Worwood's " Fragrant Mind " ... 10 drops Lavender 5 drops Frankincense 10 drops Helichrysum 5 drops Marjoram Here's another I found in my files but I don't have the source noted: Equal amounts of ... Guest guest
Deonia, You could try Neroli or Pettigrain. You would not need equal amounts of either of these two oils. Guest guest
Hey Helen, >>>> While deleting and sorting my inbox, I came > across this post. Could one of you give me a > good recipe for an inhaler for panic attacks. <<< The recipe I use for Panic Attacks in my inhalers is: In a 1/2 dram bottle: Fill 1/2 full with Medium size Sea Salt Add 3 drops Lavender augustifolia 3 drops Ylang Ylang Complete 3 drops Frankincense This is one that I used for teenagers a lot then had a couple of men in their 50's come in and tried it with them and they really liked it too. I have an alternate for those that the above recipe did not work for and it is: Add to the sea salt the following 2 drops Ylang Ylang Complete 1 drop Rose otto 1 drop Jasmine absolute (all of the above oils were bought from Butch and are extremely nice smelling). ===== Cheryl Smith A Heavenly Body Anchorage AK 9950* (907) 222-0886 http://www.aheavenlybody.com SiteBuilder - Free web site building tool. Guest guest
Thank you all for the wonderful blends. I do not have all of the oils suggested but have enough to try a blend or two. Looks like I need to go through my EO cupboard and place another Butch order. Just when I think I pretty much have all I need ;-) Jen, you are right about running in families. My mother had them all of her life and it took hitting the big 50 to put me into my first of many!! My brother is 18 months younger than me and his hit about that same time. Horrible feeling and I am looking forward to finding that just right blend. Cheryl, when using the sea salt, do you the fine or coarse grind? Probably a dumb question. -Helen
