Thanks Jeanine, i learned this somewhere long ago but had fortgotten about

it, I used to get a massage at the health club every wensday by a little old

lady named Amalia, she had to stand on a box t give you a massage, but she could

hurt ya, her hands were so strong! lol I looked forward to wensdays for years

while i was there.and it does indeed help! Thanks so much for the refresher
