I won't get into assisting the efficiency of seratonin .. I'll just say that the two main Lavenders you find are Lavandula angustifolias and Lavandula stoechas. The former being the most calming and relaxing and the latter being stimulating .. like Rosemary, Cineole. However, you'll find that the Lavandula is far more anti-microbial than the more relaxing L. angustifolias. You do not want to sniff Lavandula stoechas afore trying to sleep .. but a good Bulgarian or French or even American Lavandula angustifolia will relax and assist sleep .. if not even bring on some nice dreams. > thanks > Pam > E Web Express - Web Design & Hosting > http://www.ewebexpress.com Welcome fer'shur. :-) Y'all keep smiling.
