And the one year to the next means both for an Absolute that is more than one year old .. or one from a different crop year. However, for Jasminum sambac .. from India .. it is a cultivated crop and we find production lasting from early June through the middle of September. The optimum yield is from the blossoms harvested in August .. so they do concentrate on that period and its when the lion's share of the Absolute is produced.
