Peggy we have the nitrogen (we call it 'oxygen barrier') I think on our accessories page...or with the bottles,...I honestly forget which. I have never seen a comprehensive list of shelf lives...perhaps because they really do vary so much depending on how they are stored. for starters... figure about a year for cold pressed citrus, and for conifers... at least 10 years for the woods, the roots... most of the base notes... and I would guess 3 to 5 for MOST of the herbs etc... altho there's exceptions... my peppermint distiller says it improves with age...and HER favorite is a 10 year old bathc. if you are going to be letting them sit for an extended time, storing the citrus or conifers in the fridge might be an idea...but if you are going to be opening and using 'em regularly, I think the frequent temperature changes would do more harm than good.
