Hello Janine,

I have a few questions for you about the Tuberose EO sale

First question, is this and EO or Absolute?

> I am not an aromatherapist, I am an herbalist that utilizes the

> benefits and scents of eo's in my product line. These oils are of very

high quality.

This sounds interesting, but how do you know it is high quality? Is it

tested in some form? And do you know what the country origin and the

botanical name is?

> I am only purchasing 3.5 oz of this. I will be keeping .5 oz of this.

> So 3 oz is available.

> .5 oz 71.54

> 1 oz 138.19

> 4 oz 538.08

I see you're offering this oil in 4 ounces size, but you said you're only

planning on getting 3.5 oz and keeping .5 oz for yourself? Will you have the

4 oz size available or would that be like a special order and take longer to

get?

> All oils will be sent in plastic bottles. You can transfer to glass

> when you receive it. This is to keep the costs down for both of us. No

> oil will be put in plastic until it is mailed out the same day.

If it's an Absolute won't the plastic bottles start to melt into the

Absolute, even if they're only in there for a few days?

TIA

Tammy

Dear Tammy,

Good points you brought up. Thank you!

I called my supplier and asked about the plastic bottles. They said they do

not know if it would eat the plastic, they would think not for a few days,

however, Tuberose is so expensive, pouring it from one container to another

would leave some in one of them.

So thank you for bringing that to my attention. We will ship them in glass.

Which raises the costs of each to: I raised the prices by 1% each.

..5 oz $72.15

1 oz $139.41

3 oz $407.22

Which is another point well taken. lol I was trying so hard to get the

message correct and the prices done before Thursday was over, I missed this

one! You are quite right. There is only 3 oz left over after I buy my .5 oz.

I suspect you know this already, but Tuberose only comes as an absolute.

There is no Tuberose oil. The botanical name is Polyanthes tuberosa.

It comes from India.

Testing can be done, however it costs $200 each oil. This would up the cost

of the oil. Because I trust them, I choose to not have the testing done.

As you may or may not know, someone who knows oils can determine a great

deal on the quality of the oil by the smell.

Finally I know it is high quality by knowing the supplier. They have been in

business for many years [10 or more] selling high quality eo's. Usually one

cannot stay in business that long if one has inferior products.

I know what I like and I know the people whom I trust to know oils, *really*

know oils. These of course, include the distillers and suppliers I have.

Basically, at the end of the day you have to determine for yourself, if you

trust the person you are buying from, if they have integrity.
