Guest guest
I love Black Pepper EO. I use it in a sore muscle blend that was a best seller in my store. For those that remember I was working on a formula for a coconut/mango smelling lotion. Well I did not go the mango route but did come up with a wonderful coconut smelling one. 3 parts Sweet Almond Oil 2 parts Virgin Coconut Oil (that really nice stuff that Chris had a co-op on last year) 1 part Macadamia Nut Oil 1 part Kukui Nut Oil to this I add my essential oils in a 1.5% ratio. The blend I use at home has eucalyptus globus, black pepper, and juniperberry. When my SO has been on his feet all day on concrete, his lower back hurts like crazy. This is what I use to help it. The massage oil blend absorbs into the skin without a greasy after affect. It has allowed me to do a 1 hour full body massage using about 15ml at a time. The same eo synergy I keep made up and add to other massage/carrier oils for those that don't like the coconut smell. I also use Black Pepper, Helichrysum italicum, German Chamomile in a cream that helps with the pain of my FM and arthritis.
