be able to guarantee minimum quantities to get the pricing listed

here. This means that I will collect the orders first, and collect

monies only AFTER the minimums have been met. I will then place the

order after monies have been received.

2. I have decided to offer smaller quantities as a way to facilitate

reaching the goal.
