I'm really glad you wrote this back to me. I've been sitting here all

day monitering the phone, email and fax( and posting to the list all

day :)) Somehow my fears escalated. Jeff, too assures me it's all

ok. Just nice to hear from another source. :)

Now on this we can all agree! Everyone should know grits are to be

cooked with milk - not water, and should have a dash of cream and

tabasco tossed in at the end. Plus copious amts. of cheese keep

things from getting too watery. This only for those who care not

about the insides of their arteries....

Hey, I'll gladly teach any Turks about Southern cuisine if they'll

teach me how to cook Turkish. Arrangements can be made.... This from

the girl who opted out of wedding cake, and had baklava at her wedding

instead. ;-)
