Not Butch... not remotely 'butch' or " Butch " but... didn't Aromatic Sage have

an article on Vitex? Hmmmmmmm Lemme go look.

Dangerous to go there. The Vitex 'study' hasn't proven anything,and there

have been some horrid side effects, like hemorraghing, periods starting

*after* menopause, etc. The oil is very dangerous, IMO, and needs lots more

study. Nothing has been proven about the oil, and again, IMO, some of the

'good' results may be of the psychological nature (wanting to see a

positive result, or misinterpreting the results) than a real, physical result.

 

The herbal extract, OTOH, has been used for thousands of years with no

difficulties, and remarkable results in helping women with all 'female'
