The only one I know of is the yam cream and it does help the

menopausal symptoms, but I would have no idea how to make it.

(Just my 2 cents worth)

Hey Neysa,

Not a cream recipe, but I want to mention a GREAT book to you. It is

" Menopausal Years the Wise Woman Way " by Susun Weed. You'll get a

heckuvuh lot of info in there!

You are asking about two very different hormonal issues, Neysa. To 'give a

recipe' wouldn't begin to address the issues (and by issues I don't mean to

imply a negative slant on things, although many view them that way :-)

Too often, commercial products have a 'garbage dump' of herbs in them, but

oftentimes, they contradict each other. Some menopausal women get hot

flashes, some don't, so why take a 'recipe' that has the anti-flash herbs

in it?

If you could post more specific symptoms that need to be identified,

please do. It seems that you may be asking about several different women.

There are basically three phases -- perimenopausal, menopausal, and not yet

there yet! LOL.

There is a list I'm on with many experienced herbalists that may help you

with your questions. Email me privately if you wish about this.

PS. ASFAIK, there have been no studies, and no proven anecdotal use of EOs

with many women's issues, so I'm only speaking about herbs.http://member.newsguy.com/~herblady

One thing I do is take Borage Oil (sold in capsules) for hot flashes - it really

works!
