Guest guest
Hey Dale, As Doreen said .. vegetable oil .. or milk .. will work. Actually, any fatty substance .. to include bourbon will dilute EO. Pouring water on the spill will do nothing but move it around. Accordingly .. another of the common bits of misinformation in AT, that of flushing eyes with veggie oil if EO is spilled into the eye .. is just NOT the best way. Its misinformation passed along by writers who have not personally experienced a situation like that. Plain ol' kuntry folk sense tells us that water is better for flushing the eyes cause we're not trying to dilute it .. we're trying to move it out as quickly as possible. Y'all keep smiling. :-) Butch http://www.AV-AT.com > I came across a piece of 'advice' from a site: Always keep a bottle > of (their) vegetable oil mix handy.
