I'm not sure I'd actually want to taste it... unless it was mixed with cream perhaps... A little bit of nice liquer perhaps, like an orange liquer.... ;-) K Cheers! Guest guest
Butch, Kathleen and Martin Thank you for the answers. Seems to be some conflicting views on use in products that go on the skin. Does that mean it shouldn't be used in those 'edible oil' products either..*snickering* Martin says " There is no skin safety data and therefore to use it for any skin contact purposes would be foolish " Butch says " Perfume, soap, lip balms and diffusing is the normal method of use. I just sell it .. but from what buyers tell me about usage I can answer some of this. > I was wondering what theraputic properties of cocoa absolute has? Physiologically .. I know of none. Emotionally .. which bleeds into Psychologically .. there are many IF the person smelling it likes it. > Are there any problems using it in skin, lip, massage, etc. products? Perfume, soap, lip balms and diffusing is the normal method of use. > ....and does it really smell like chocolate? Sho'nuf does. ;-p > I tried a search in the archives but it would only give me 2004 posts. Not much there probably. > Thank you > Sandy Welcome fer'shur. :-) Y'all keep smiling.
