the yuzu that we have is an absolute...solvent extracted....I had (and

managed to lose!) the gc of it and it was definitely an absolute... I have

a suspish that a LOT of the yuzu that's sold as an eo is actually an

absolute... I am told that no one is cold pressing it in Japan... but I

don't KNOW that for sure.

 

as an absolute...it's not at all phototoxic... it's not tested (to my

knowledge)... has a nice sharp grapefruity scent...that tends to last a tad

longer than the cold pressed pink grapefruit I'm used to.
