Guest guest
Hi y'all, When I wrote .. > When our grandchildren have grandchildren .. 50-60 years from now .. > the world population will have long since exceeded SIX BILLION people I meant to say .. the THIRD WORLD population will have long since exceeded SIX BILLION people. 2.1 Billion in Africa 6.3 Billion in Asia 900 Million in Latin America It is forecast that by 2050 the world population of LESS DEVELOPED countries .. EXCLUDING CHINA .. will be 7,541,895,000 Today - the population for that area is 3,947,280,000 China has the largest population of 1,300,000,000 China Forecast for the year 2050 is 1,710,000,281. At present - the world population is around 6,500,000,000 World population for 2050 is forecast to be 10,633,442,000 Anyway .. you got my point. Same resources, more demand for them from more people who will be living longer lives. Butch
