Sevi,

Congratulations to you!! Hope that the rest of us can be as grateful,

as I'm sure you are feeling right now. We do sometimes take things for

granted and fail to appreciate all that we have. I salute you just as

Butch did.

*blushing* well it is true! I have always been proud of America, now

I can be a proud American (Turkey) ;)

You should have seen me at the oath ceremony -- I was the only one

with 2 feet thick tears...none fell and I finished my oath -- I was

the only person not reading from the paper we were handed out.

It was a wonderful experience -- I suggest that we all should read

the oath and even stand up and recite it once in a while. It is a

magical experience...I promise you that much!

Peace, love and hugs,

Citizen Kay ;)

Thank you Sandi,

It was magical...

This is for all -- Recite the oath and the pledge of allegiance --

better yet, have it posted across from your computer. My wall proudly

wears hers (yes my wall is a female)!!

Happy Holidays to you and yours.

Hey y'all,

We gotta new American gal on the list now. She's been on the list for a

long time .. but as of 12 December 2003 .. she is an American citizen.

That's .. Sevi Kay. http://www.CyberCanine.com/

Her dog .. Mundo .. who is the writer of this book which one can get for

a mere $8.95 http://www.CyberCanine.com/book.htm I have the book and

Mundo has had her American citizenship since birth. I salute Mundo for

a fine piece of work.

I salute Sevi for attaining American Citizenship the hard way where the

majority of us just sorta inherited it without much notice.

Y'all keep smiling. :-) Butch http://www.AV-AT.com

A BIG congratulations to you Sevi! :) At this point you know far more

about American history and our country than most of the folks on this

list who were born with their citizenship!

KUDOS!

Hi Chris,

I had to take a simple 10 question test during the interview -- hubby

had to go over the questions prior to my interview and I remember he

even said that he did not know many of the answers.

I am determined to keep learning and never forget the people who

worked hard to build what we are sitting on!

Hugs,

Sevi
